The hotel staff and the owners were all extremely friendly, helpful and kind. They trule made me feel welcome and were extremely accomodating. I was given the option to look at 3 different rooms on different floors and pick the one I prefered. The hotel is modern, the pool and spa area are fantastic, and the view is just amazing! The food was delicious

Excellent food, we had half‑board. Great wellness, pools are super. Location right by the slopes. Beautiful view from rooms and dining room. Staff are helpful, kind, friendly.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel, which was meticulously curated with all the comforts and amenities one could need. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The hotel's spa and pool were also a highlight, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view of the mountains. The hotel's location was also perfect for skiing and exploring the surrounding area.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was marred by a few issues. The hotel's presentation was somewhat lacking, but the staff spoke English well, which was a relief. However, we were disappointed by the lack of communication, particularly when it came to ordering dinner. We were left to figure things out on our own, and it wasn't until we saw other guests enjoying their meals that we realized we could have ordered dinner too.
