I appreciated the staff member who handled my reservation, but the reservation number they gave me never responded; a friend who went directly to the hotel could contact them. The room I received was cold and I didn’t feel safe, so I ended up switching hotels. I thought it wasn’t just a quick stop, haha.

The room had a blanket; we thought we’d be cold but we weren’t.

I didn’t like the place at all. The room was dirty, old, and had an unpleasant smell that seeped out of the bathroom. The beds were very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. They advertised a cheaper rate on the booking platform, but the actual price was much higher. Overall, a bad experience.

The location is very convenient to get to. The curtains are too short and don’t cover the whole window.

I was disappointed with the location, and when I asked to cancel my reservation they refused. They didn’t use the reservation but still charged me. Terrible place.
