Nothing. 1. Misleading Advertising: The hotel is being used as a dormitory for foreign workers rather than operating strictly as a standard hotel, which contradicts how it is advertised. 2. Strong Cigarette Odour: The entire level smelled heavily of cigarettes, despite the hotel's policy stating that smoking is strictly prohibited. 3. Unsanitary Conditions: The bed and pillows were stained, and the pillow smelled of a previous guest.
