The location is great, close to the sea, the city and the airport, and the building itself is pleasant. The triple room with a double bed and a sofa‑bed was a bit of a letdown: the staff didn’t set up the sofa‑bed, so we had to ask for sheets and make it ourselves. It’s not a proper sofa‑bed anyway, the mattress is only a few centimetres high and very uncomfortable—unacceptable for a hotel of this category; it would have been better to state upfront that the room is double or that a quadruple with two double beds must be purchased.

The pool and the buffet breakfast were nice, and the hotel is close to a supermarket and shops. We booked a triple room, but the sofa‑bed was still closed; when we asked, they brought us sheets and pillows, but we had to set it up ourselves.

“The hotel was very nice overall”

We arrived late at night to adjust the air‑conditioner and found the carpet soaking wet, indicating a leak that had been ongoing for some time; I feared mold in the room and breathed it all night. My husband called in the morning to inform them, and when we checked out we were offered a free breakfast, which was nice, though the buffet had almost no food left and we waited 20 minutes for coffee because they ran out.

The staff were very friendly, but the first two rooms we received were unacceptable: one had a leak and a wet carpet, and the other had a strong smoke smell.
