The outdoor area is pretty nice and has great potential, but it’s falling short right now. It needs maintenance, cleaning, and some care so the space feels more pleasant and well‑kept. Proper cleaning and, above all, pest control are needed to ensure better hygiene and preservation.

Air conditioning works, and towels are changed right by the deck. At night it looks like a glamorous movie when everything is lit up – perfect for nighttime events. Some areas need a bit more upkeep, and the shower is too weak to give a relaxing bath.

The location, scenery, and physical structure are all very good. The downside is that the rooms are old; mine had a leak, and the bathroom shower had mold.

The spot is fantastic, incredibly beautiful, and perfect for anyone who wants a place to unwind. Nothing to complain about.

The view is amazing, and the beach right in front is really nice. The outdoor area looks stunning, almost like a resort. Rooms are good, breakfast is decent, and the bathroom is spacious. Great value for money – a solid pick for unwinding and resting. The hotel is huge, and some spots could use renovation and better use; more rooms could be built since there are many unused spaces. The “gym” looks abandoned, and there are some useless tables in a hall. Something cooler could be added to that space. It’s a bit far from the center, but Búzios is small, so it doesn’t matter much; we’re only 15 minutes by car away.
