I've been a loyal customer to this hotel, and I appreciate its fantastic location, the friendly and helpful staff, and the excellent service they provide. However, I was a bit disappointed by the outdated appearance of the hotel, which is in dire need of a refurbishment. The bed linen and towels were worn out, and the bathrooms had mold growing on them.

The cleanliness and warm greeting I received from the staff were definitely the highlights of my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end, as I didn't encounter any significant issues during my visit.

I was pleased with the hotel's great location and comfortable accommodations, but my experience was marred by the unpleasant smell in the lobby. It was a shame, as I had high hopes for a pleasant stay.

In the past, this hotel was one of the best in Akola, and its excellent location was a major draw. However, my recent visit was a disappointment, as the hotel's standards had clearly declined. The lack of hot water during my stay was particularly frustrating, and the stained bed sheets and dirty floor were unappealing. To make matters worse, the staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful.

I was impressed by the spacious room and the excellent service provided by Sumeet from the food and beverage staff, whose food was also delicious. However, my experience was let down by the slow and inaccurate service from the other F&B staff, as well as the unfriendly and unhelpful night manager at the front desk.
