“Excelente”
The place works well overall, but it’s right on the highway.
“Buena , pero pudiera haber sido mejor .”
The facilities are generally good, but the bathroom had problems; each time I had to move the float to get it working again. The breakfast café tasted almost nothing and was very bland, and I heard several comments about the same.
“Comodo y limpio”
The service was very good and the staff were very attentive, and overall I felt they helped me at all times. The only downside was that at the restaurant they always needed to request coffee spoons, and sometimes they gave me soup spoons instead.
“Tres veces consecutivas, tres veces mal la habitación.”
I had no positives on this visit, and unfortunately this is the third time I've stayed here and each time the bathrooms have had issues.

Overall the conditions were still good, yet one lift was broken, the lobby air‑conditioning was weak or off, the floor and gym air‑conditioning was off with no way to turn it on, my room air‑conditioning was weak and not truly cold, and the breakfast lacked eggs.
