The communication was barely there, the TV didn’t work anywhere in the hotel, and the management didn’t respond—no calls, no emails. They said something would be done, but after more than three weeks there was still silence. This place needs a serious review on several points.

The night guard wasn’t very friendly, especially compared to the charming lady during the day.

The location is very good, the view is top, and the ambience is very nice. However, there’s a lot of traffic outside the hotel, the doors and walls are very sound‑prone so you can hear noises from neighboring rooms clearly, and the family room smelled like sewage.
