The bedding was very comfortable, everything felt modern, the lighting was fantastic, and the staff were super attentive. They took care of my car when I arrived and handled my luggage. The room‑service food was good too. I will definitely return.

The hotel’s location is excellent. The rooms, terrace, and reception are immaculate. The hotel provides ideal comfort for relaxing and enjoying the city of Puebla.

A great place. The downside is that there is no private parking; it’s very annoying to park because there isn’t always space outside, and the valet parking sometimes takes a long time to receive the cars.
