“Excelente experiência! Voltaremos com certeza!”
The service is special! The people are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The large chalets have comfortable beds, a hammock on the balcony that’s inviting, and there’s even a welcome gift! Overall, we liked everything. We missed the breakfast, but there’s a good bakery nearby and the hospitality at the lodge more than made up for that shortfall.
Good. The rooms aren’t cleaned and there’s no breakfast. I already knew there wouldn’t be breakfast.

The hosts were incredibly helpful. The place itself is beautiful and tidy, and little extras like chocolates and water on the welcome, plus a hint of cinnamon in the room, made the stay feel extra special.

Staying at Pousada São Miguel Arcanjo was undoubtedly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in São Miguel. Claudio and Cida were extremely attentive and helpful, welcoming us in a unique and special way. Even while traveling, we felt truly at home because of how well we were taken care of, with chocolate treats and complimentary water. The lodge also has a beach‑tennis court, which we used a lot and added extra fun. I definitely plan to return another time. An absolutely amazing experience!
