Everything was perfect! The room matched the photos exactly, though it’s small, more like an apartment or hostel. There’s a wall that might let you hear neighbors, but we hardly heard anything, and that didn’t bother us because we were heading to the sea, not staying in the room. Two adults and two kids (15 and 5) rested here. The biggest plus was the super close beach—just 2 minutes to “Чайка” beach. A supermarket “Таврія В” sits next to the entrance, and ATB and “Сільпо” are a 5–7 minute walk away. The room has everything for comfort: AC, dishes, iron, ironing board, linens, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, a small walk‑in closet, and a vacuum cleaner. The double‑storey bed with orthopedic mattresses for the kids was especially nice. The only downside was the sofa, which wasn’t very comfortable for sleeping. The balcony has furniture for breakfast, dinner, or just enjoying the sea view. The balcony isn’t separated from the neighboring room, so you might run into neighbors, but that didn’t bother us. All plumbing worked fine. There’s no parking in the complex, but the management is helpful—paying 200 UAH per day lets you leave your car in the neighboring hotel’s parking. Security at the entrance is very polite and friendly. We walked to Arcadia on the Health Trail; the scenic walk took about 35–40 minutes.
