It feels like a place stuck in time, with a mysterious vibe and indescribable calm; after several days traveling the country and a very hot boat trip on the Ucayali River, it was the unplanned rest I needed, letting me absorb all the magical adventures the country offered. Thank you. The location is not close to the center, and the street where it is located is not in the best condition; the bathroom floor is very slippery and needs a mat.

A very relaxed hostel surrounded by nature, very quiet, and Tim is a great host! The only downside is there is no door to the bathroom, just a curtain.

The hostel is a wonderful place to relax, with a large “jungle” garden, an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen, and a nearby shop; it also has a cozy sofa corner and a washing machine. The place is quite remote, only reachable by motorcycle taxi (which are always available), and the music in the neighborhood can be very loud at night.

The place is perfect after a diet or just for a budget stay in Yarina/Pucallpa. It’s quiet, surrounded by greenery, far from the town but only a few minutes by mototaxi from the lagoon and Yarinacocha market. The kitchen is well equipped, the common area is friendly, and the rooms are clean, each with its own shower and toilet. Bonus: an outdoor shower under the sky and a sauna. There are cats, chickens, rabbits, and a dog all roaming freely. The price‑quality ratio is unbeatable. Thanks Tim for the welcome.
