The rooms were spacious and clean, but the bathroom couldn’t be used as a bathtub. They had no play area for children, and when I asked for a welcome message for my kids, they didn’t provide one.

The pool and the décor were great, but the staff availability and capacity were lacking.

The infrastructure is very beautiful and fits the local climate, yet the staff felt very cold and distant toward guests; compared to my 2021 visit, when the staff were warm and welcoming, this time that warmth was missing.
