Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
I was disappointed by the staff who seemed lazy, the AC in my room barely cooled and there was no remote, and in the morning the bathroom water didn’t come on; after telling the staff several times they didn’t respond and just slept.
