The place is right where you want to be – everything was spot‑on and the location couldn't be better. I didn't run into any issues at all, so it was a smooth stay from start to finish.

It feels like a little family home, complete with a stove, pots, a microwave and even a wall‑mounted table and a chair. The bed is just okay, the bathroom is roomy and private, and you’re within walking distance of a pharmacy, grocery, bakery and plenty of restaurants.

Whenever I'm in Belo Horizonte I end up back at this spot because the self‑check‑in/check‑out is a real time‑saver and the owner is always friendly and ready to help. The room is quiet, the neighborhood is packed with pharmacies, supermarkets, eateries and shops, and the price‑to‑value ratio is hard to beat. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

I really liked the garage, the privacy, and the well‑stocked kitchen – even though I missed having a whisk, the microwave was a nice touch and coming back to a tidy, silent apartment was a relief. The mattress could use a replacement, and the garage area was a bit stressful with the dogs barking and chasing us around; the staff also seemed a little rushed and could have been more courteous at check‑in and check‑out.
