I stayed at a very good hotel and everything was great. The room was clean and tidy. We booked a room with a balcony, and the balcony was simply awesome. The only drawback was that there was no elevator, so getting up to the third floor with a suitcase was a bit of a struggle, and the mattress felt a little firm. Other than that, everything was wonderful, the owner was very nice, we never saw him in person, but he was always in touch.

The location was excellent. Everything was just a short Grab ride away, and local restaurants, cafés, a bakery and convenience stores were within walking distance. The studio was fully renovated, clean, and housekeeping was provided every three days. Self‑check‑in was easy, and I really appreciated that they let me store my luggage in a locker after check‑out and come back later to collect it. The hosts were always responsive, friendly and very helpful. The only downside was that the payment process wasn’t clearly explained – it wasn’t obvious that payment had to be made directly at the property rather than through the platform. That said, the owner was very helpful and made the process smooth.

The beds were lovely. The bathroom was nice, with plenty of toilet paper and a good shower. The fridge was large, the wardrobe was fine, and the air‑conditioning worked well. Communication with the host was good, the location was great, and you can get your nails done at the Tiny nail studio on the ground floor – very professional. One issue: the window wouldn’t close. The studio sits on one of the busiest streets in HCMC, so traffic is honking 24/7 and it sounded like cars were just rolling in. If the host could address that, Saigonese Studio would get a 10.
