The accommodation featured excellent sleeping rooms and super polite, skilled staff; I also liked the location, just minutes from the main gate of the basilica.

The location was great, but the room was cramped, had only one outlet, and the beds clashed; the bathroom door was noisy and never shut, while the AC dripped and soaked the entire room.

Nothing good. The room given was nothing like the photos shown at booking; the room and bathroom were dirty, sheets were stained, and there was a sewage smell in the bathroom. The sink was in bad shape, the bathroom was in terrible condition, and it felt like a different lodge altogether.
