This was my bitter experience at Hotel O Bright stay during my journey at Jamshedpur from 24th December to 25th December,2024. My experience was very bitter during my stay at Hotel o Bright
Very bad staff & owner. Room does not cleaning. Lift does not work.All the rooms are 3rd floor
Charges 1000rs for double bedroom while I book 3 adults for 700only i am being cheated

There is nothing to like about the hotel at all. Hotel staff behaviour is worst, they ask not to book and pay online rather reach out to them directly and pay them( so that they can get extra money). I had made full payment online and they were saying why I did it online and because of this they have to bear loss. They just want to get couples for 2 or 4 hrs so that they can mint money from them
