They promised a 20% discount on food and drinks, yet it took a month after the trip to actually receive it.

Good place, very clean hotel, but it does not match the value for money. The food is the same every day, not different. There are a lot of people at the reception and waiting time is too long. The staff are not friendly and not attentive. I got a 10% discount in the restaurant, but after extending my stay for one night they refused to provide the discount. The receptionist was not polite when I asked him about it.

We really appreciated the service we received from the receptionist; we were treated wonderfully. We arrived late, and he allowed us to check out later—he was attentive, and it was a great experience. All the staff members were smiling and happy to help; it was a pleasure. We loved everything

I really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the relaxing atmosphere, and the warm hospitality of the staff. The hotel was comfortable and ideal for a family stay. There was nothing negative to mention. We enjoyed our stay
