I had a pretty rough start to my stay here. They told me I'd have to wait two hours for my room because of cleaning, but there was no one around to explain what was going on. I ended up waiting in the lobby for two hours, and when I finally had enough, I booked a different place to stay. It was a really frustrating experience, especially since I had no one to talk to about it.

My stay at this place was a complete disaster. They didn't even have water available, and the room and washroom were in a terrible state. It was honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
