“A Disappointing Experience”
The hotel's location is great, but the smell from the beggars downstairs near the reception was unbearable. It was like a nightmare come true. The security seemed to be lacking, and I wasn't comfortable leaving my belongings in the car. The elevator was tiny, and the bedsheet was awful. To top it off, the TV was broken, and the phone didn't work. It was definitely my team's worst stay ever.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The staff, particularly the housekeeping team, were completely unprofessional and rude. They even argued with customers, which was shocking. The room was in a terrible state – the sheets were dirty, the AC wasn't working, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. To make matters worse, they refused to give me a refund, despite me being eligible for one.
