I had a disastrous experience with this hotel. Despite being under state code violation and shut down, they continued to book rooms and take people's money. When my partner and I arrived, we found the hotel closed, and the staff was uncooperative. We were hung up on multiple times when we tried to resolve the issue, and we had to go through the hassle of stopping payment with our bank. Needless to say, we'll never book a hotel over the phone again.

My experience with this hotel was a complete disaster. Despite being condemned, they still managed to take my money and promise to cover the cost of a new hotel. However, they reneged on their promise, leaving me to pay for most of the new hotel's cost. The whole ordeal was frustrating and left me feeling taken advantage of. I spent hours waiting for them to figure out a solution, and in the end, I ended up paying more money than I should have.

Unfortunately, I wasted my money on a hotel that wasn't even open to the public. I didn't get to stay at the place, which was a huge disappointment. It's clear that the hotel was not ready for business, and I should have done my research before booking.
