Parking was quite convenient, and everything from breakfast spots to a supermarket and convenience store was within walking distance; the air‑conditioning kept the room cool, the bathroom was dry‑wet separated and came with slippers and a water dispenser, plus there was a washing machine and the hallway décor was attractive. The only gripe was that only two hangers were provided, so a few more for coats would have been better.

There was a place to shower and sleep, but the overall environment felt unpleasant and there was a noticeable smell of smoke.

The pillowcases, bathroom toilet and shower soap dish were filthy, the whole room reeked of mold, the air was poor and the soundproofing was terrible.
