I was truly disappointed with our experience; the only bright spot was the location near Bayshore and the shuttle to the port of Miami. The room had no view, was unclean with a carpet full of stains and dust, and the bathroom barely fit a small person. The free drink upon arrival was false advertising—just say buy a drink, get one drink.

I was unhappy that they kept my $100 incidentals deposit even after saying it would be returned to the card at checkout—what a lie 🤥 It’s been two days and nothing has come back to the card, no pending refunds. They stole the $100 incidental deposit, claiming it would be returned at checkout. The bathroom is no bigger than a coat closet, not even visible in the room photos—pathetic 😞

I didn't like the area because of all the construction, and the staff were unfriendly and never communicated.

Todo bien,buena atención,el botones muy atento,tuvimos un problema con la ducha y lo resolvieron de inmediato. El baño q es un poco pequeño e incomodo
