Nothing good. Hospitality, staff attention, amenities, and cleanliness were all lacking.

The atmosphere, furnishings, garden, and staff were all good, but the road to the hotel is extremely narrow.

The location and parking were definitely positives, but that's about where it ended. The staff seemed really laidback, which wasn't great when we needed help - had to ask multiple times for basic stuff. The free breakfast was a joke, not much to choose from and the quality was just okay. And to top it off, our room had some major issues - non-functional water taps and a busted TV, which the staff couldn't seem to fix.

Getting to the property was a bit of a challenge, but manageable. That being said, the property itself needs some serious TLC - our room's bathroom was in rough shape. Breakfast was a letdown too, ran out of stuff way too early and the staff weren't interested in refilling. Seemed like they weren't really trained, overall it's a pretty rough experience.
