The hotel is somewhat close to Cuzco’s historic center, but it’s on a closed street a bit separated from the city, which is both a plus and a minus; we struggled to find the hotel after a long trip. The staff were very helpful, and breakfasts were chosen from a short card the day before. The rooms show signs of wear and need a refresh, though they’re cleaned daily. In general, Peruvian hotels can’t be judged by European standards. Next time I’d pick a hotel right in the historic center; that’s a drawback for some and an advantage for others.

The accommodation is magnificent. Every staff member is attentive, and there are many amenities such as laundry, a tea and coffee station, and a breakfast à la carte or box‑lunch for day trips. The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The location is perfect for walking to the center in 10 minutes or taking a taxi for just 10 soles (about 2 euros). Highly recommended.

The staff—Urpi, Miriam, and Diana—were fantastic, helping us with a transfer issue and later fulfilling every request (laundry, breakfast box, phone). The breakfast was top quality, and there were no complaints; the only downside was that the location isn’t exactly central.
