The location was great, the place is simple yet welcoming, and nothing is missing; the Japanese‑style rooms are incredibly comfortable. Nothing to complain about.

I was disappointed at first because the window was closed and the building looked old, but the gentleman handed me books about Shikoku and suggested visits, exactly what I was looking for. The cleanliness was an issue, but overall it was comfortable.

The location was good, close to Dogo Onsen, which was nice. The building felt old; the toilets were fine, but the stairs and room cleaning could have been a bit cleaner. The towels for rent seemed washed but some were old and torn.

The restaurants, hot springs, and parking are nearby, making it easy to go out in the morning and evening and soak in the bath. It’s affordable. No particular complaints; hearing that pilgrimages stay here made me feel at ease.
