I was shocked when the front desk had no record of my reservation, forcing me to book a new room even though I’d already paid via your website; I ended up paying twice and have been unable to get any resolution from your team, leaving me extremely disappointed with the service.

The room size and common areas were decent, but the service was terrible—cleaning never happens daily, the window closes at 9:30, and the staff won’t clean rooms after that, so I found better value elsewhere and won’t return to a Hampton Inn.
