The room was comfortable, the bed soft and relaxing, the finishes new, and the bathroom had everything in order. The staff were very helpful and connected, responding quickly and giving us restaurant and bar recommendations. The common terrace space was very pleasant; after a day at the beach we relaxed listening to music and spent a couple of hours before heading to bed. The location was far from the beach, and at the time it was under construction of tracks; in the morning we were woken by workshop noise. However the area is quiet, we walked a few blocks to a bar and back without problems.

The staff were very attentive from start to finish, welcoming us and staying on hand for any questions or suggestions during our stay. The location might have been in an area under construction at the time, but it is still a strategic spot with many nearby attractions.

The host was very friendly and helpful, and I’d recommend the street‑side room; the back rooms have almost no windows. The place is a bit hard to get to right now because the whole neighborhood is under construction with confusing traffic patterns.
