The staff were good, but aside from their behavior the facilities and room were pathetic and the surroundings were too bad.

We were booked and even paid, yet the property said they were sold out and we didn’t get our stay; how can you ask for a review…please see my refund process.

The hotel was very clean and elegant, the bath and toilet were very clean, but the bathroom drains smelled, the third‑floor location was a bit inconvenient, and because it sits on a busy road the windows didn’t seal properly, making it noisy all night.
