The staff are kind, but the location isn’t accessible for transport, the road is narrow with many youths hanging out, the unit’s air‑con is noisy and the room smells like paint, which isn’t relaxing for booked clients, especially students preparing for exams; they should be aware of this.

The staff were friendly, and the room was spotless. No complaints.

The hotel was budget‑friendly and offered a free Genius breakfast. The staff were very accommodating and kind to help us. Unfortunately, there was no elevator, and the air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly, so the room sometimes got warm.
