“體驗愉快,但價格偏高。”
The overall quality of the breakfast was good, especially the Chinese breakfast; the flavors and combinations were nice. However, if guests stay for many consecutive days, the breakfast options can feel a bit repetitive. It would be nice to add more variety each day or rotate some dishes so that longer‑staying guests have a richer and more anticipated experience. I felt the overall stay was enjoyable, but there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. First, the staff at the hot spring area could be more proactive and friendly. Second, when using the gym and other facilities, guests have to find staff first, which is inconvenient. The hotel should review its management approach to balance safety with ease of use. The pool water is about 110 cm deep, which is too shallow for serious swimmers; my father slipped on the bottom and scraped his foot, raising safety concerns. If the hardware and safety standards allow, raising the depth to about 130 cm would give a better swimming experience, and clearer depth markings and safety notes would help. The two hot spring areas differ noticeably. The hotel switches the hot spring area each day, which is a unique idea, but the environments, facilities, and overall vibe vary. One area is very good and satisfying, while the other feels more ordinary. If a guest experiences the better area on day one and then switches to the other on day two, the drop in quality can be disappointing. Since both areas are part of the overall experience, the hotel should aim for consistency in environment, facilities, and service quality so guests feel the same level of quality regardless of which hot spring they use. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and liked many thoughtful touches; we hope these details improve further to make the experience even more complete.
