The concept and location were good, but the concierge communication fell short, some advertised gear was missing, the table and chairs were flimsy, and the terrace wasn’t clean.

The location was solid, the bed was comfy, and we slept well.

The boat’s cover offered a lovely direct view of the canal and nature; the laundry, dishwasher, microwave, TV, and air‑conditioning were all present, and the décor and layout were nice. We liked the peace and charm of the surroundings, and the owner’s warm welcome came with free chocolate and a bottle of wine. However, plumbing issues arrived with us, but the kind owner fixed them promptly after we called, even though it was 31 December at night—thanks a lot. Minor annoyances included a missing mop and blinds on the windowsills.

The boat’s location along the canal is ideal, very quiet and easy to reach. It’s well equipped and the heating worked well even in November. I’d recommend staying there even outside the summer season.
