The bathroom was the best part and I liked the kitchen area too; the apartment offered high‑bandwidth Wi‑Fi. The router’s signal barely reached the room, which is just 1.5 m away behind two walls; rotating the router 90° would improve it, but I didn’t try. Thus strong internet is mainly from the kitchen or perhaps other rooms.

The apartment’s location is really good for those coming from Termini station and the room’s size is comfortable for two people, well lit by a large window. The street is very noisy and the shower and some parts of the bathroom need a serious cleaning because of too much mold.

The bed was comfortable, the location was good, and the linens were changed. However, there was only one set of keys, few glasses and wine glasses, the shower head was poor, there were no drawers or shelves for clothes, only a wardrobe.

I love the location, the room was tidy and clean, the bathroom was spotless, the equipment was fine, and I highly recommend it.

The place is in a decent spot, but the room was in bad shape—walls and floor were obviously worn, there was no safe, no fridge, cigarette smells from the common area seeped in, a smelly mop was left in the common room, the bathroom had no window or ventilation fan, and the shower area had obvious black mold.
