The welcome was impeccable, the staff were very nice, and the room was very clean. The only downside was the noise from the boats outside the hotel, which kept us up for a good part of the night.

“Good stuff bad facilities and location”

The staff are good and friendly, but there is no restaurant. Electricity issues and Wi‑Fi problems plagued our stay, and the smell in the room was bad because of climate pipe problems. Cleaning should be daily.

The bed was comfortable and the upper‑level décor was pleasant. However, the place is far from the city center, the desk outlets didn’t work, and there were lighting problems both days (the staff were always attentive but the issue persisted). The pool area, along with the laundry line for sheets and towels, was very messy. Chickens outside were singing at odd hours. We had to request towels at least three times, and the TV remote was requested several times but never arrived. Wi‑Fi in the room was awful. The staff were friendly and attentive but not helpful. We also had to keep knocking for about 25 minutes to get someone to open the door; many apologies were offered, but we still waited. We were rewarded with a banana flan.

The host’s welcome was exceptional—very kind and smiling. The accommodation was quiet and pleasant. A vehicle is needed to get around.
