The location is central, but both windows face dark, noisy cloisters because of many air‑conditioners. For two people staying two nights, we received 4 packets of instant coffee, 3 packets of sugar, 1 packet of tea, 2 paper cups with 2 wooden “palette” … it was written B&B!

It was very central, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Andrea let us into the room before the official check‑in time, so we could head straight from the train station. The room was small yet well equipped with a kettle and a small fridge. We got a list of restaurants, discount vouchers, and the décor was cottage‑style. When we left, we could drop our bags in the lobby to pick them up later. The town was lovely, with beautiful views of the city walls and the lake, and we enjoyed two boat trips. The bed frame was an issue: I kept banging my leg on the corner.

The location was perfect, rooms were cozy, well designed, and the staff were perfect—very attentive and supportive. They offered tips, advice, a list of restaurants, and discount vouchers. Everything was flawless.

The room was very clean, located in the city centre, 4 minutes to the harbour. The host was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
