I booked a one‑night stay for 9 May, but when I called the front desk, the staff claimed the booking had already been cancelled by us even though it was still confirmed on the app; he was unprofessional and I had to investigate because the booking was made on 7 April 2026 and the hotel cannot cancel a confirmed reservation; to avoid further trouble I was forced to cancel as he said rooms were unavailable and the charges would be different.
