“A cool concept that needs better execution.”

It’s in a good location for quick access to places. I stayed in the penthouse with the pool and the room’s concept was unique. Unfortunately, the penthouse had a cigarette smell and the bathroom fan rattled loudly, making sleep uncomfortable because it couldn’t be turned off. I also felt the pool area could have been cleaner, especially the tiles. We were not told to pre‑book breakfast, so when we wanted breakfast before our flight we couldn’t get it and went hungry.

The room was huge and its design. Everything else was perfect.

The location in the city. The size of the room and quality of the equipment. The room didn’t really have a window, so no natural light in the morning, making it hard to recover from jet lag. The hotel is slightly noisy, meaning the sound doesn’t come from the city but from the hotel’s own installations.

The location is great, rooms are spacious and have the requested amenities. The breakfast, though culturally different, was prepared by a very polite and attentive lady and gentleman; I’d like to thank them. However, the front desk staff are not friendly, they are too direct and keep communication minimal.
