“Für 1-2 Nächte gut.”

The apartment is beautiful, having been renovated only recently. It’s clean and has everything needed for a short stay. But the exterior of the building was disappointing: construction waste, paint buckets, and other debris littered the area. All the hand and bath towels smelled bad, especially when damp. The connecting door between the two units wasn’t sealed well, so we could hear the neighbor’s TV all night.

“Può migliorare”

The location offers a nice view. However, the cleanliness and maintenance were lacking. The gate had malfunctions, but the bigger issue was the overall hygiene: hair, dust everywhere, and dirty kitchen utensils. Every morning we woke up with bites that we first thought were mosquito bites, but they turned out to be bed‑bug bites arranged in a line. We regret pointing out these problems, but the owner was very kind and helpful, and we hope this feedback encourages better cleaning standards.

“Ottima location consiglio!”

The place is well‑located and the kitchen comes fully equipped with all accessories. The fan blades were dusty and the mattress protector was dirty. The great location deserves better attention to cleanliness. The management is very detail‑oriented, but they should give the cleaning crew a closer look.
