The place is stunning, with simple and elegant lines; every interior detail and furnishing is top‑class. The rooms are very comfortable, featuring large French doors that open onto a deck—great for fresh air and a break from the air‑con. The staff are welcoming and supportive. Dining on the fourth floor, next to the pool, is excellent, though it feels odd that the kitchen is on the ground floor and all food is lifted up. Menu choices were limited during our stay, probably because it was low season, but as older travelers we appreciated being able to dine in. We even got serenaded by the manager while having dinner! The pool is a nice bonus for those of us who love a dip. The shower setup is awkward for a tall, older person, requiring you to step out over a bath and navigate around a glass panel.

“Good service and value for money.”

The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool offered a lovely view of the hills, and the breakfast there was good. The lift was handy because we were traveling with older parents. The rooms are actually all super large with extra beds to accommodate at least four people, but the website wouldn’t let us book that option, so we ended up with more space than we needed. Still, the service was good and everyone was very kind.

The facilities are beautiful, the scenery spectacular, and the setting ideal for relaxing. The staff are very kind and attentive. The breakfast could improve in variety and quality to match the rest of the hotel.

“Exceptionnel !!!!”

The stay was exceptional—the establishment was immaculate, with impeccable cleanliness, a polished and pleasant design, and the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help (thanks to them). The food was simply excellent, truly beyond our expectations—a perfect 10 out of 10. We will definitely return without hesitation.

“Een absolute aanrader! Zeer prettig en net hotel.”

The whole picture is accurate: the rooms are super tidy and spacious, the bathrooms are well maintained (something not common everywhere in Sri Lanka), and there’s a lovely rooftop pool with a stunning view. We also had a small issue with our tuk‑tuk; the manager and assistant manager immediately spoke to the driver and rode with us to the center in case the tuk‑tuk broke down or there were problems. We would definitely book again right away.
