The location was perfect, 10 out of 10, and the staff were all very friendly and quick to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The service was excellent: everyone I dealt with was friendly and very helpful. The area is unbeatable too, close to the center and Rua Augusta, so you can walk to many places and it’s very near metro and train stations. The bed was comfortable and the shower warmed up well. On the downside, as other comments have mentioned, the room is quite small (though still comfortable). Also, the view I got faced the interior of buildings, so it wasn’t great.

The position was good. However, the bed had a very soft mattress; I had requested a room with separate beds, but that wasn’t the case upon arrival, even though I had booked months in advance.
