I had booked a room for the night of 15–16 October. I arrived at 18h30 to pick up my keys, but no one was at the reception. The confirmation said the time slot was 17h/19h. I called the number several times with no answer. I had to rent another room elsewhere. It was catastrophic – stay away.

Avoid this place – it was a scam. I was double‑booked, so there was no key to grab, no staff on site, and we couldn’t get into our reservation; we weren’t the only ones affected.

There was nothing positive; it wasn’t even a hotel. The sheets were damp along the edges and stained, the mattress was stained, there were no cups in the bathroom, no toilet paper, no mattress protector, and the breakfast was minimalistic. It’s unacceptable for a place advertised as a 3‑star hotel; it doesn’t even deserve a single star. I want a refund!
