RedDoorz at Sedayu 2 Near Danau Toba Parapat

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disappointment, with the only redeeming quality being the breathtaking view of the lake. The hotel's cleanliness was subpar, and the noise levels were unacceptable. I was expecting a more comfortable and relaxing experience, but what I got was a chaotic and unpleasant stay. The view was the only thing that saved this hotel from being a complete disaster.

“no wanna go back”

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, despite some issues with staff services. The staff seemed to be struggling to keep up with the demands of the guests, which made for a less-than-ideal experience. However, the hotel itself had a certain charm to it, and I appreciated the effort they put into maintaining the property. Overall, it was an average stay, and I would consider returning if I knew what to expect.

“Fermatevi qui solo se non avete alternative”

The view of the lake was the only highlight of my stay at this hotel, which was otherwise a disaster. The hotel's location was listed incorrectly, and the smell of sewage was pervasive throughout the property. I was forced to sleep in my clothes because the bedding was dirty, and when I asked for toilet paper, I was told they didn't have any and I could use a bar napkin instead. The staff seemed completely uninterested in providing basic amenities or addressing the hotel's many issues.

I would recommend using this hotel as a transit option to Lake Toba, as the view of the lake is truly stunning. However, my stay was marred by several issues, including a terrible smell in the bathroom, extremely noisy rooms, and a lack of basic amenities like a duvet cover. To make matters worse, the hotel's location is listed incorrectly, and the staff seemed to take great pleasure in scrutinizing our passports during check-in.
