It’s a quiet spot tucked in the greenery, yet still close to the main sights like Capalbio, Orbetello, and Pitigliano, all reachable by car; it’s just a bit far from the sea, about 15‑18 minutes by car to the beaches.

The apartment was very comfortable, large, and fully equipped; the staff were very friendly, and the place was gorgeous, peaceful, surrounded by nature and beautiful scenery.

We were two couples in a roomy house with three bathrooms, a large living area, and a well‑equipped kitchen; climate control worked in every room, it sat in the green, and a pool was available (though we didn’t use it). The internal parking was ample. The setting was very calm and quiet, and I highly recommend it for young couples with cars because reaching the beach or the nearest market requires a car. Great value for the money. Nothing to complain about.

The owners were extremely friendly and everything was hassle‑free; the only downside was that the kitchen could have had more appliances and cooking supplies.
