“Very good value for the money”
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it! The hotel is modern, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. Although it occupies just one floor of an older building, and you reach it through an elevator in the older part of the building, the moment you step onto the hotel floor, everything feels modern, welcoming, and spotless. We received such a warm welcome from the lovely young lady at the reception desk. She was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. When I had an issue with the water temperature in the shower, she immediately came to our room and personally helped us resolve it. We truly appreciated her kindness and willingness to help. Another huge advantage was the parking available underneath the building. The staff kindly arranged for us to park there, which was incredibly helpful and convenient in a busy city like Tainan, where finding parking can be challenging. What made the experience even better was that they kindly allowed us to leave our car in the parking area even after checking out, so we could enjoy a relaxed breakfast before leaving the city. This was such a thoughtful and generous gesture, and we really appreciated it! The room was very comfortable and even had its own coffee machine, which was a lovely bonus. For the price we paid, the value for money was absolutely outstanding! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and honestly cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this hotel. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, modern, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
