“Geweldig!”

The accommodation is amazing! The pool is gorgeous, the garden is beautifully laid out, and the rooms are comfortable. We stayed in three rooms, two of which had terraces, and there were plenty of seats and a lounge set on the common terrace. There’s also a ping‑pong table and a foosball table. Breakfast is fine, though I missed a boiled egg or something else hearty. The beds were a bit hard for us, but that’s subjective. Alfredo and the two ladies who handle breakfast and the rooms are very welcoming and friendly. We look back on 6 fantastic days. Nothing at all! Just be aware you need a car to get around. Overall, a real recommendation!

Very quiet, away from crowds, but very well‑located. The breakfast outdoor space is nice, the pool is pleasant, and the owner is friendly.

I spent 11 days at Borgo Levante. It’s a wonderful place for anyone who values silence and peace. The host, Mr. Alfredo, is friendly and helpful. He told us about his farm, showed us the fruits he grows, and recommended places worth visiting in this part of Sicily. We arrived after 22.00 on a Sunday, yet Alfredo was waiting for us with dinner. The rooms are clean (tidied daily) and well equipped. Breakfast is typically Italian with fresh homemade pastries. Guests have access to a large, clean pool with loungers and umbrellas (1.5 m depth and about 15 m length), a garden, and a bocce area. The nearest beach is about 5 km away. It’s a great base for exploring the western part of the island. I sincerely recommend this place.

“Supermooie plek weg van de drukte, prima als uitvalsbasis!”

A beautiful, quiet spot, a very nice garden and a lovely pool with sun loungers. Gorgeous trees with natural shade and rose bougainville everywhere. We were warmly welcomed by Alfredo, who is very helpful and offers many tips for sights and restaurants. Breakfast is simple but everything is there. The staff are very friendly, Liliane helped us with breakfast in the morning and Giulia, the Italian cook, prepared a wonderful four‑course menu. Top! You come as a guest and leave as a friend, just as Alfredo says. We stayed in the suite, a very nice room with a sleeping and sitting area. The best part was the large roof terrace. A good base to go to Syracuse, Noto, Catania and Taormina, etc. Nothing negative to mention! (A coffee maker and kettle would be nice, but Alfredo can bring a pot of tea on request.)

“Intimate”

Borgo Levante is all about rest and relaxation. Even though we ran around for parts of the day, it feels like a family‑run home away from home. When asked “will you be having dinner at home tonight?” we were met with a four‑course dinner cooked in the kitchen by staff who added the most critical ingredient “love”. The pool was enjoyable and walks in the area were calm and relaxing. Alberto, the proprietor, was relaxed with a “no problem” attitude about everything. We were there at the same time as a family of four from the UK; they traveled each day to see Sicily and their kids had a great balance of time away but loved being at the venue. Nothing we didn’t like. Showers worked well with good hot water, space was ample for privacy, and the rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily.
