The location is good, close to the tram and train station, and the staff member was friendly. However, several aspects of the room could be improved: there was an unpleasant odor on arrival, and the photos didn’t fully match what we found. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, and we had a problem with the door that got stuck while I was inside, forcing me to exit through the window. The beds made a lot of noise with any small movement. Both the room’s balcony and the entrance patio were very dirty and had a lot of litter. With more attention to cleaning and maintenance, the experience could improve significantly, especially given how convenient the location is.

The price was cheap, but they added a €10 charge for late check‑in without telling you. The location was fine until I was moved to another building farther away. Communication was terrible: if you call they ask you to send a WhatsApp, and if you do, they take days to reply. I warned them almost a week in advance that my flight would arrive at night, yet I only learned about the out‑of‑hours check‑in surcharge when I got there. On the checkout day at 9 am the housekeeping staff entered my room without knocking first. There was no sheet on the bed, just the mattress sheet and pillows. The shower was poorly maintained, and the only fridge in the hallway was frosted over. No microwave or water heater. It really depends on which building you end up in.
