The rooms feel classic without being flashy, but privacy is lacking; the wooden walls between rooms are paper‑thin and not sound‑proof, so I could hear everything from my neighbors, even a snoring guest, and catch snippets of their conversations. Bring earplugs.

Lage sehr gut, ruhig und nahe dem Zentrum. Kostenloeses Parken, das Frühstück entsprach den Erwartungen. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise abgewirtschaftet. Bei vier Nächten wurden die Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Sie waren am 4 Tag völlig durchnässt, da nicht geheizt wurde, war es zudem in den Zimmern sehr kühl. Die Wände sind dünn, wenn man neben sich einen Schnarcher hat oder dieser um 02.00 h nachts sich Viedos ansieht, steht man "senkrecht" im Bett und kein Schlaf ist mehr möglich!

The location is good, and the children’s playground was close to the accommodation. I booked a room with four beds for one adult and three children, selecting the pricier option so my two‑year‑old would have a separate bed instead of just a crib. When I arrived, only three beds were set up. One bed had neither a pillow nor a mattress. The reception was very reluctant to explain that children under three do not get a bed, and if you don’t pay for a crib you don’t get a pillow or mattress. I can’t understand how, after ordering a room with four beds for four people, the staff told me there was no pillow. Even though I had paid extra for a separate bed, they still claimed there was no pillow, mattress, or bedding. It was utterly unfriendly and unnecessary. It took a long time for the reception, who was very unwilling, to finally set up the bed. They didn’t apologize and even told me it was my fault for not ordering a crib or bringing my own bedding. The price for a socialist‑styled accommodation is relatively high (3350 CZK for four people per night), and you learn you’re being scammed if you don’t bring your own bedding. The worst.

Povlečení i osušky čisté, ranní káva silná. Hotel nutně potřebuje rekonstrukci: chyběl kryt na osvětlení v pokoji, neuvěřitelně vrzající dveře, tenké příčky, takže od sousedů bylo slyšet každé slovo, pavučiny včetně pavouků v rozích místností
