Two bedroom holiday house was absolutely filthy. Dead bugs, dust and grime everywhere

The cabin was a good size, had all the amenities we required, and was very economical; however, the bathroom was outside the cabin, which was a problem because I was traveling with my 89‑year‑old dad who needed to use the bathroom 2–3 times during the night and couldn’t go outside, and the lighting to the bathroom was limited; I checked the room description and couldn’t find any mention of an external bathroom.
The walks and grounds were nice. The door lock was dirty, the outside had rubbish, the space felt cramped and the bed area was muddy (though not the staff’s fault). The BBQ hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the camp kitchen was a joke.
