The hotel was clean and comfortable, the bed was very cozy, and the front desk staff were excellent—friendly, very helpful, and they answered a billing question quickly afterward.

I spent two nights at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites New Iberia – Avery Island and everything was great from start to finish. The rooms were comfortable, the whole property stayed clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, making check‑in and the overall experience smooth. The location is a real plus, with easy highway access for getting around the area. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Iberia and would gladly stay here again.
